Orders only create a payment link. Nothing is charged until the traveller pays on GLOBALCELL's checkout.
Each order has its own secret token; only its holder can read it, its install kit or its data usage.
A partner key sees only that partner's catalog, orders and eSIMs. Sandbox keys never take real payments.
Rate limits per address protect the service; prices always come from the catalog, never from the request.
